MODULAR HOMES are equal to site built

More people should consider modular homes when building a new home.   In Iowa modular homes built to same building code as any site-built home,  the IRC, International Residential Code.   Modular homes are made for basement or crawlspace and can be completed for 35-40% less than building on  site.

Homes are built in a factory under controlled conditions, no weather delays, better quality control, and volume purchasing makes them  a great value.  Energy efficent features are built into every home with 2×6 walls, R-21 insulation,  R-50 roof insulation, all wood sheathing with house wrap, and energy efficient windows.

Typical building costs are $170 per square foot with home, basement,  heating and cooling, plus site preperations and land costs.

Century Homes is an Iowa dealer with forty years experience in modular housing and we deliver homes all across Iowa.
